Alison Mullett is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with many years’ experience in the mental health field. She has worked in several different clinical settings including in-patient facilities, outpatient clinics, community outreach, and private practice.
Anxiety, trauma, and depression are some of the disorders that Alison specializes in treating. She also has extensive experience helping clients who struggle with bipolar disorders. Many clients seek Alison’s help for adjustment related problems which can appear as work stress, relationship issues, and difficulties with life transitions.
Alison recognizes that therapy looks different for each person, one size does not fit all. She utilizes several therapeutic styles including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Her goal is to find the treatment approach that works best for you!
