About me:Compassionate, caring counselor with seventeen years’ experience in drug/alcohol and mental health counseling. I have worked as a mental health counselor in corrections, community mental health facility, IOP programs, and Adult Drug Court, Juvenile Drug Court, and Opiate addiction and detox facilities. I have been lead counselor and a facility Clinical Manager. I have done inpatient, outpatient and have experience in telemedicine psychiatric mental health work. My experience also includes QCC, Individual counseling, treatment team supervision, training to other counselor's, compliance with DSHS, Texas Administrative Code, Carf standards. Individual counseling documentation, treatment plan and treatment plan reviews.
