Message from Dina:“Therapy can help people make positive life changes and is an opportunity for personal growth. My approach to treatment is based on the belief that a safe and supportive environment can assist you in discovering your own personal strengths. Taking the first move to begin or return to counseling is your first step towards achieving your goals.”
