Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her degree in Community Counseling from Columbus State University in Georgia. Jessica has worked with acute psychiatric patients; but she also has experience treating adults and older adolescents who are experiencing problems with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, adjustment problems, and transition concerns. She uses an eclectic style that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her therapy focus is to aid her clients in recognizing and addressing unhelpful thinking styles so that they may find more effective means for working through problems. Her passion is to help her clients meet their goals in therapy and ultimately lead a life they find to be healthy, happy, and productive. .
