Maher Chehab is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with education and training in treating clients with mental health conditions across the lifespan. He began his career in critical care with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bethune Cookman University. He then pursued his Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Saint Josephs College of Maine. While providing outpatient services he had to address the community's mental health needs and earned his post-graduate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner degree from Washburn University.
Maher is passionate about ensuring an individualized plan of care for optimum treatment. Maher provides client-centered care by respecting client and family’s preferences, needs, and values that guide treatment.
Maher provides diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and complementary therapies for child and adolescent mental health conditions not limited to ADHD, ADD, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and mood disorders.
