About Min Reynolds, LPC

Dr. Reynolds had worked in the mental health field for about 13+ years. She obtained her Master’s and Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. Her background includes certification in Neurofeedback, Play Therapy, and crisis counseling. Her career began in the school counseling system providing counseling to children, adolescents, and their family members that were seeking counseling. Later she transitioned to inpatient mental health and assisted in group counseling, individual, or couple counseling for severely mentally ill, substance abuse clients, or dual diagnosed.

She then transitioned to working as a manager for admissions mental health department at a hospital. She oversaw the new program of tele mental health counseling at the hospital. Patients that sought emergency services were provided crisis counseling and recommended for inpatient or outpatient mental health counseling.

For the last couple of years, she was working as a contractor for JBSA at Ft. Sam Houston working with active-duty military who were seeking treatment for substance abuse and/or mental health in an Intensive Outpatient Program. She conducted group therapy and individual counseling sessions while there. Currently, she is accepting individual, couples, families, and children/adolescents starting with ages 8 and above for face-to-face sessions and/or via virtual counseling.
