Tinalee utilizes an open and non-judgmental approach which works well across all demographics, cultures, and beliefs. She believes it is important to get to know each client through a collection of a client’s own perspectives, biology, background and cultural belief systems. Her therapeutic practices and principles support the belief that the client is the “expert of self” and all sessions are collaborative and client focused. Her work is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and other evidenced based methods.
Message from Tinalee: “It takes strength and wisdom to seek help, often when we are hopeless. Each of us has the power to change unhealthy and non-productive behaviors and/or beliefs and replace them with healthy and productive ones. It is my desire to help people find the hope, personal responsibility, and the resilience needed to make lasting changes.”
